Please read carefully before booking

Before booking please be aware of the following:

It is advised that you should be reasonably able body to use Renoir Cottage.  The site is on a steep slope and is not easily accessible by wheelchair.  It is approximately 150 meters from the car parking area, which is at the top of an uneven, sloping path.

The bedroom is on the first floor with a steep galley ladder, stairway.  The bedroom has limited head height, being in an attic space with wooden beams.

The Cottage is set in a site of special significance, there are cliff edges around the property that are secure, even though, care should be taken around these area.  Signs are posted to make you aware of this.

The Cottage is a listed building, and you may find the surfaces uneven around this historical site.

Due to the site's location and status of special significance of the area around it, we do not accept bookings with anyone under 18 years of age. 

We do not except dogs or other pets.

Bookings for Renoir Cottage are for two persons only and the use of two persons only.

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited within Renoir Cottage.

The management of Renoir Cottage reserve the right to refuse any booking.

All deposits are non-refundable within 60 days of your booking.

A damage deposit will be taken and refunded one day after your departure, if no damage or costs have been incurred.

Please note that 2 days is minimum booking.
